Community Care Plan Appoints Victoria Tuffy as Chief Human Resources Officer

South-Florida-based Community Care Plan (CCP), the health plan with a heart, is pleased to announce that Victoria Tuffy has joined its executive team. She joins as Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) as the former CHRO, Susan Mansolillo, announces her retirement. Victoria reports to Jessica Lerner, President & CEO of Community Care Plan.

Victoria reports to Jessica Lerner, President & CEO of Community Care Plan.

As Vice President & CHRO, Victoria is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the organization's human capital, including providing strategic leadership and guidance to ensure that CCP’s workforce is aligned with its overall mission, vision, and business objectives. Before joining Community Care Plan, Victoria served as CHRO at Amerijet and Vice President of Human Resources at Piper Aircraft. She was a founding member of the Network of Women employee resource group at Royal Caribbean where she was elected as the chair of professional development. Victoria earned an undergraduate degree in psychology from California University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Science in Human Resource Administration from the University of Scranton.

Headquartered in Sunrise, Florida, CCP is owned by Broward Health and Memorial Healthcare System.
